Is this able to be played on mobile?
Yes. You can download the Android version if you donate $1 or more.
Or do you mean mobile browser?
Regarding that, we did stumble into an unexpected glitch on mobile Chrome. You have to press the Skip Intro or Start button A LOT for them to work.
I recommend mobile Firefox instead. It works as it should.

Again, it's a false positive. You can ignore it.
so you want people to DL the game, but don't provide a DL for the game?
Full version is paid and downloadable. Light version is in-browser. Seems pretty clear.
if you click the DL - the link they provide goes straight back to the game page, where when you click download provides you with a link... back to the game page.
A donation equal or superior to $1 USD is required to download the game.
There are no files to download otherwise.
